This pedal is a two-stage version of the COT50 - on the left is a fixed-position COT50 (as if a COT50 were set at the 11:00 position) and on the right is a tweakable COT50. The data sheet (see image attached here) shows that right side as having a +2 to +6Db range. The Tchula has film caps, carbon comp resistors and completely thru hole construction. This results in a very small layout and short signal path - the tone is wide open with no load on the output. Sean Michael of Lovepedal writes that 'I have never built a pedal that cleaned up as well with the guitar volume control as the TCHULA.' Phenomenal note bloom
